At K-SWISS, we stand by the quality of our performance footwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
